More Concretins in Florida

While Gimpy is busy bombing the old school landmark that is KONA. Brutha Steve and I ventured from Gulf SHores to Peniscola to hit the X-Games inspired X-Park. Normally $9 for an all day session - we lucked out with a $5 Wednesday special.

They were kind enough to play 70s and 80s Punk Rock the whole time we were there which I found most inspirational. It had a sweet 4 ft half, excellent 6ft half with elevator extensions to 7 on each end, and a perfect 13 ft vert ramp.


6 Foot & Vert

Like always the kids were cool to the old guys in pads and we had a great time despite the 1000 degree weather.

Oh, BTW - I did get to make it to Dinosaur World on the way down to Bama. It was awesome! I expected it to be stupid stupid, but instead it was stupid cool. Having a six year old in tow (and the brain of a six year old) definitely added to the fun!
