Mellow weekend... Not for Wade...

Nothing crazy, just cruisin' and enjoying the low humidity and lower temps of the mornings. NoSho is doing his best to contradict his self chosen moniker. He was there both days. His carving confidence is growing and he is now exploring new lines. Between the two of us goofy footers doing that same line, we're about to make a rut in the bowl and shallows. Sunday was a much better session for me and I was hitting my tricks pretty solid. Wade rolled up, as did Mark, fresh off a 5 week hiatus from a tailbone slam. Wade picked right up from Thursdays mini-ramp session and was pushing it right away. Only about 4 runs in, attempting a fs grind from the 6' to the 4' he wilsoned out and sat down, jamming his wrist straight down. His session was over. Though it didn't look too bad, and wasn't swelling, he was obviously in pain and could not keep that arm from shaking even after sittin' out for 20 minutes... the final verdict, 2 fractures. DAMN! Get well soon Wade. (No Dave, it wasn't his polishin' hand.)

Other things of note: MoFo and Skidzilla are trying to plan a rendevous in Nashville early on Father's Day, with a stop in Bowling Green on the way home... WhaddayaSay? You in? (I'm still debating meself.)

Gimpy has confessed that he cannot allow us to go to Arizona without him. However, he has yet to start booking because he's just too busy on vacation in Florida, skating KONA!! I'm anxiously awaiting a full report of his exploits. Travio has also gotten the weekend pass for Arizona, and despite his name, NoSho is IN! I'm sure there are enough parks in Phoenix for us each to claim one as our own, but I'm not sure if 3 days is going to be enough time. I know it's not. But dammit, we're gonna try!
