Long Lost Cretin spotted at 5K
Long Lost Concretin and "want-to-be Skater" OMP
was spotted a the Mid Summer Night's run 5K road race in Lexington, KY
this past weekend.
When interviewed about the improptu outing he said he hadn't run in 25 years but thought two weeks training was enough to bust out a 5K.
This reporter's opinion is that the Concretin lifestyle is keeping him in shape
because he covered the course in 22 minutes & change and seemed to do it with ease.
He also mentioned that he had been inspired by other Concretins that are doing very
well with their running. The interview was ended quickly when a little old Chinese
man in a Old straw hat and black Kung Fu uniform rolled by on a skateboard and
Wisked OMP away.

Man, maybe I should take a 25 year break. If I could hit Paul's time, it would shave about two minutes off my best best 5K.

Someone needs to do a Wikipedia page for Won Ton Animal Chin... all that is up now is "the band" and "the movie"... There needs to be a page about "The MAN":)
